Zenikeyz sells both physical fashion items and digital sewing patterns. Please check the product description before ordering to confirm which format you are purchasing.
Physical products
Orders are processed within 1 day. After dispatch, estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you pay.
Digital sewing patterns
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped by post. The 3–5 business day shipping estimate applies only to physical items. Refer to your product listing and order information for digital access instructions.
If you cannot access a digital purchase, contact us with your order number so we can help.
