30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your physical order. To start a return, email akditalk99@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request.
Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide the return address, instructions and information about any return shipping costs for your request.
Digital purchases
Digital sewing patterns do not require a physical return. For a refund request or an issue accessing a digital order, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number and, where helpful, photos so we can review it.
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, allow 5–10 days for the refund to be processed. We will let you know the outcome of your request. If an approved refund has not arrived after 10 days, contact us for help.
